Irrespective of the size of a seller client company, Suncor uses the same approach: Extensive interview regarding the exit goals of a seller company - Preparation of an impactful, blind, marketing profile for the company - Preparation of a top-level Executive Summary of the client’s business (usually an eight to twelve page document) - Follow through, reach-out contact, and mediation efforts for the client. Suncor focuses on maximizing value for seller clients.

Suncor performs these phases of the sell process for either very reasonable M&A documentation preparation and search fees or in some instances for no retainer or process fees. Suncor receives a success fee upon an actual closing of an M&A transaction. If Suncor receives M&A process fees during the engagement, such fees are netted against the success fee. Respectively, Suncor has COMMITMENT IN THE GAME.
